Hi, I’m Vivek.

I know what it’s like to feel betrayed by your body, leaving you lost searching for answers.

My practice was sparked by my own health journey. For most of my life I was fit & fun-loving. I enjoyed sports, stayed out late, and was a foodie who loved trying “the most popular thing” on the menu.

But in 2015, that all changed.

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis/Crohn’s, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Psoriasis. My trips to the gym & restaurants were quickly outnumbered by trips to urgent care and pharmacies. At times the pain was so intense I couldn’t get out of bed. Simple things like playing with my kids or going to work became excruciating. As perplexed doctors prescribed more medications, I had minimal relief, major side effects, and became a shell of my pre-diagnosis-self.

Then, my doctor suggested I get my colon removed. That was the turning point. I had to find a way to feel better besides life-altering surgery. And eventually, I found holistic modalities that I now use in my practice. Over time, I slowly got better. Today, I’m off most meds, & enjoy many of the things that I did before my diagnosis that I thought I’d never be able to do again.

This journey is what I bring to my work everyday. I understand the grief of losing the life you once had, the frustration of wondering why your body is failing you, and the hopelessness of not having answers. I’ve navigated multiple autoimmune diseases, I’ve completed my education, and I’ve made it my mission to help others with autoimmune diseases also.
